Fit Range Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 21, 2026
1 Who is responsible for your information
Left Side AI, Inc. d/b/a Fit Range (“Fit Range,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is responsible for the personal information described in this Policy. This Policy covers the Fit Range website, inquiry and founding-membership interest forms, advertising lead forms submitted to Fit Range, and related communications.
Team Eckenrode Gym & Fitness independently operates the gym at our planned simulator location. This Policy does not govern information Team Eckenrode collects directly for its gym operations. Its own privacy practices apply to that information. Our sharing with Team Eckenrode, if you request it, is described below.
2 Information we collect and where it comes from
Information you provide may include your name, email address, optional telephone number, ZIP code if requested, preferred membership option, scheduling preferences, and messages. We also keep records of the privacy and communication choices you make and the version of any terms you accept.
If you submit a Fit Range lead form on an advertising or social media platform, we receive the fields you choose to submit and information identifying the campaign or form. If someone refers you to us, we may receive the contact information and referral details they are authorized to provide.
Our website and service providers may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referral source, timestamps, and security or error logs. Cookie and similar technology practices are explained in Section 5.
Our current interest forms do not collect payment card details or create paid memberships. Please do not send medical records, payment card details, government identification numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information through these forms. Before introducing payments, member accounts, simulator performance profiles, or other material new data collection, we will provide the relevant privacy information.
3 How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; record membership interest; provide the opening or membership information you request; manage communication preferences; operate, maintain, and secure the website; diagnose technical issues; and keep appropriate business and consent records.
We also use information to send optional Fit Range promotions where permitted and consistent with your choices, understand demand for our services, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Any optional analytics or advertising uses are described in Section 5.
Submitting a Fit Range inquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated businesses operated by Left Side AI, Inc. We will not use that submission to market those unrelated businesses without any additional notice and permission required by law.
4 When we disclose information
Service providers. We disclose the information needed by providers that host and secure the website, store form submissions, manage customer relationships, deliver email, and support our business systems. Depending on the task, this may include contact details, membership preferences, correspondence, consent records, and technical logs. We limit access to the service being provided and use appropriate contractual and security protections.
Team Eckenrode. If you separately ask us to have Team Eckenrode contact you about gym services, we may send it your name, contact details, and stated gym interest. Selecting a simulator-and-gym preference alone does not authorize a transfer of your contact details. Team Eckenrode’s subsequent handling of information is subject to its privacy practices. We do not automatically provide our full lead list to the gym for its marketing.
Analytics and advertising providers. Any disclosure for these purposes is described in Section 5 and is subject to the controls described there.
Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers, insurers, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or others when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate fraud or security incidents, protect rights or safety, or establish or defend a legal claim.
Business changes. Information may be disclosed as reasonably necessary for a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the relevant business or assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections and applicable law. We will provide any required notice concerning a material change in how information is handled.
At your direction. We may disclose information when you specifically request it or provide valid permission.
5 Cookies analytics and advertising choices
Essential technologies support website delivery, security, form functionality, and saving your privacy choices. Blocking them through your browser may affect how the website works.
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., on this website to measure the results of our advertising and to help Meta optimize and deliver our ads. When you visit, the Meta Pixel may use cookies and collect information such as the pages you view, the fact that you submitted a membership interest form, and device, browser, and IP-address information. We do not send your name, email address, or phone number to Meta through the pixel. We do not sell personal information. The Meta Pixel does not run for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, or when we cannot determine a visitor's region. You can opt out by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honor by not loading the pixel, by blocking or deleting cookies, or by adjusting your ad preferences in your Meta account settings. Meta processes this information under its own privacy policy.
You can also adjust your browser’s cookie settings. Deleting cookies may remove saved preferences. Privacy choices made in one browser may need to be made again in another browser or device. Choices on an advertising platform, including a lead form hosted there, are also subject to that platform’s controls and policy.
6 Communications and your choices
You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message or by emailing us. You may also withdraw your membership interest or ask us to stop related follow-up. We may still send a communication needed to respond to your request, honor your preferences, address a security issue, or satisfy a legal obligation.
Providing a telephone number does not by itself authorize automated marketing texts or calls. This interest-form process does not enroll you in an SMS marketing program. Any future program requiring consent will use a separate disclosure and consent process.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information or to withdraw a permission you previously gave. We may retain limited information when needed for legal obligations, resolving disputes, security, or honoring an opt-out. We may reasonably verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information; we do not require you to create a new account to make a privacy request.
7 Additional rights under applicable privacy laws
Depending on your residence and whether a privacy law applies to our processing, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of personal information; obtain information about categories of third parties receiving it; and opt out of qualifying sales, targeted advertising, or certain significant automated decisions. We do not use inquiry data to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Where the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act applies, Maryland residents have these rights subject to the Act’s conditions and exceptions. Submit a request to golf@fitrange.club with the subject “Privacy Request.” An authorized agent may submit an opt-out request as permitted by law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
For requests governed by that Act, we respond within 45 days. If an allowed extension is necessary, we will explain it within that initial period. If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing the same address with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” We will explain our appeal decision within 60 days. If we deny the appeal, we will provide a way to contact the Maryland Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. Information about Maryland privacy rights is available at https://oag.maryland.gov/resources-info/Pages/data-privacy.aspx.
Other applicable laws may provide different rights or deadlines, which we will honor where required. This section does not suggest that every state privacy law applies to Fit Range.
8 Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, considering the nature of the information, our relationship with you, your requests, legal requirements, security needs, and dispute or recordkeeping needs. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it, subject to appropriate backup and legal retention practices. We may retain a limited suppression record to avoid contacting someone who has opted out.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Access is limited to people and providers with a business need. If a data incident requires notice under applicable law, we will provide that notice.
9 Children and third party services
Our online inquiry and interest forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through these forms. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate. Parents or guardians should contact us themselves about possible participation by a minor.
External links and third-party forms may be governed by separate privacy policies. Review those policies before providing information. This Policy does not describe any independently operated gym surveillance system. Any Fit Range collection of facility recordings or member performance data will be addressed in an appropriate notice before that collection begins.
10 Updates and contact
We may update this Policy as our services or practices change and will revise the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent when required. Posting a change does not by itself authorize a new use that requires your permission.
